Well, thanks to Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman Realty, we will now be offering sellers the ability to have a sign rider attached to their for sale sign where the public can simply text a short message to a specific number and they will automatically receive a text with the home's information! How is that for service!?

In the message type, CBHB1 and press send!
If you do this over the weekend, it will text you a list of open houses!! Remember, if you see a sign rider in front of a house and you want to know the details, press the number on the sign rider and then start packing!!!
